1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE:

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following information relates to the terms and conditions of service that “WARRENHS1993” has established in order to provide the highest quality service to our patrons. By continuing and accessing any areas of WARRENHS1993 you agree to be legally bound by the terms of use contained herein. Please note that WARRENHS1993 reserves the right to alter these terms at any time within its reasonable discretion, and such changes will become effective upon posting.

The services offered at WARRENHS1993 are provided to you ("User") under the terms and conditions of this WARRENHS1993 Terms of Service ("ETS"), and any operating rules or policies that may be published by WARRENHS1993 at the URL: WARRENHS1993 (the “The Service | Terms of Service”). The ETS comprises the entire agreement between User and WarrenHS1993 and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR USING WarrenHS1993, USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. User may continue to use WARRENHS1993 as long as User adheres to these Terms of Service.

ADMISSION: Admission tickets are non-refundable.

We are unable to make ANY changes to an online order once it has been placed. Returned admission tickets are subject to a 20% service charge. The purchaser of these tickets agrees NOT to resell these tickets at a premium in excess of the amount shown on the ticket. Ticket purchasers who are or have been identified as having sold or offered for sale tickets in excess of the amount shown on the tickets may have their ticket revoked or cancelled.  This cancellation will result in a refund of the total price of the tickets minus any processing fee.

EVENT DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY WARRENHS1993 EVENT, IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. A HOST OF ANY WARRENHS1993 EVENT MAY REFUSE ADMITTANCE, MAY CHARGE AN ADMISSION FEE, OR ASK YOU TO LEAVE AN EVENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. BY USING WARRENHS1993 YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY WARRENHS1993 EVENT OR ACTIVITY, YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO A VARIETY OF HAZARDS AND RISKS, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE INHERENT IN THOSE ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS. THESE INHERENT RISKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE DANGERS OF SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND DEATH (INJURIES AND DAMAGES) FROM EXPOSURE TO THE HAZARDS OF PUBLIC OR PRIVATE OUTINGS AND ACTIVITIES AND WARRENHS1993 HAS NOT TRIED TO CONTRADICT OR MINIMIZE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THESE RISKS. BY PARTICIPATING AS A WARRENHS1993 PATRON, YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT INJURIES AND DAMAGES CAN OCCUR BY NATURAL CAUSES OR BY THE ACTS OF OTHER PERSONS OR THIRD PARITIES, EITHER AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE OR BECAUSE OF OTHER REASONS. YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS AND/OR RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE EVENT OR ACTIVITY. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, RELEASE WARRENHS1993 FROM ALL LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS WARRENHS1993, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND OTHER PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON ACCOUNT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RESULTING FROM INJURIES AND DAMAGES IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES. YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND AND INTEND THAT THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE BE BINDING UPON YOU AND YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AGENTS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS, AND INCLUDES ANY MINORS ACCOMPANYING USER AT THE EVENTS.

NOTICES: WARRENHS1993 may give notice to you by e-mail, a posting on the WARRENHS1993 web site, or other reasonable means. You must give notice to WARRENHS1993 in writing via e-mail or as otherwise expressly provided by E WARRENHS1993. WARRENHS1993 may broadcast, distribute or display notices or messages through the WARRENHS1993 Service to inform you of changes to the ETS, the Service, the Privacy Policy or other matters of importance. Such broadcast, distributions or displays of information shall constitute notice to you.

PRIVACY POLICY: It is WARRENHS1993 policy to respect the privacy of its users. WARRENHS1993 policies with regard to what personally identifiable information it collects from you, what information third parties collect from you and that information is used is governed by the WARRENHS1993 Privacy Policy.

In the event of any material or substantial change in the terms and conditions of this ETS, WARRENHS1993 may notify you via e-mail, and/or by posting an announcement of the changes together with a link to the new ETS on WARRENHS1993. By using the WARRENHS1993 after any change in the ETS you acknowledge and accept changes to the ETS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: WARRENHS1993 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF WARRENHS1993 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE (I) USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (III) RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR CONTENT RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO WITH WARRENHS1993 OR A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE USE OF THE EVENTS.ORG SERVICE; (IV) OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREES THAT WARRENHS1993 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY UNLAWFUL, HARASSING, DEFAMATORY, ABUSIVE, THREATENING, HARMFUL, VULGAR, OBSCENE, SEXUALLY EXPLICIT OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT OR SPEECH OF ANY OTHER PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE WARRENHS1993 SERVICE, OR FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OR VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHTS BY ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO USER.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: This ETS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California, provided, however, that WARRENHS1993, in its sole discretion, may elect to settle any litigation in any way arising out of or relating to this ETS through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County, CA, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If any provision(s) of the ETS is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. WARRENHS1993 failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this ETS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by WARRENHS1993 in writing. User and WARRENHS1993 agree that any lawsuit arising out of or related to this Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. The section titles in this ETS are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

Rules for Sweepstakes, Contests and Games

In addition to these Terms, sweepstakes, contests, games or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Site may have specific rules that are different from these Terms. By participating in a Promotion, you will become subject to those rules. We urge you to review the rules before you participate in a Promotion.
